Inspired by a natural knack for service to the society, a group of dedicated youth formed this organization in the very early stage of eighties and still remains the best social and cultural organization of the locality.
Since its inception in 1981, the club is a part of 'Mathrubhumi Study Circle' - a statewide organization for youth activities under the guidance of 'Mathrubhumi' - the famous Malayalam daily. We were focused on a small village in Kadampanad Panchayathu known as Ganesavilasam, just two and half kilometers away from the town and our radius of activities were spread on 3 kilometers in three Panchayaths - Kadampanad, Poruvazhi and Pallikkal.
Keeping in mind the aim of revive and rejuvenate the natural skills of youth, the club is concentrated in various cultural, social and sports activities and events. We trained and developed our own teams of Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton and Caroms. And our annual celebration is coincides with the national festival - Onam.
We were also a role model in the field of charity and Social services, which bring various free medical camps, workshops, seminars, financial aid for deserved peoples and many other activities such as construction, cleaning and maintenance of public utilities in the locality. We also encourage and appreciate the 'Best Students' by giving cash awards and mementoes for the top rankers of 'SSLC' and 'Plus Two'.
We were recognized by the 'Kerala State Youth Welfare Board' and awaiting the approval of 'Nehru Yuva Kendra'. We always learn from the mistakes, inspired and motivated by these recognition and public support to continue our mission as one of the best organization in such kind.
